Arnold Palmer's CenterCup

GAINESVILLE, Fla. – Arnold Palmer’s CenterCup has broken ground and will be the newest hole-in-one attraction and restaurant concept to Butler Enterprises. CenterCup will be the first-ever restaurant and mini-golf experience destination in the Butler Shopping Center District. In partnership with 23 Restaurant Services and Arnold Palmer Enterprises, CenterCup will include a 27-hole mini-golf, golf simulators, shuffleboards, billiards, and an official Arnold Palmer Pro Shop. CenterCup will be located in Butler North off of Plaza Blvd and SW 30th Place, behind Newk’s Eatery and Culver’s. Construction is in progress for a Summer 2025 grand opening.

CenterCup will be an 11,000-square-foot restaurant and a 19,000-square-foot covered entertainment area at Butler North. Entertainment offerings will include swing suites and a patio bar with a mid-century modern design. This new dining and entertainment concept is inspired by Arnold Palmer’s golf legacy – a genuine sportsman to most and a world-famous golf immortal to many. He was a talented golf course designer and consultant. CenterCup is a partnership between 23 Restaurant Services and Arnold Palmer Enterprises, full inspiration by Mr. Palmer and his legacy.

From hand-crafted cocktails, upscale casual dining, and a clubhouse bar, to a professionally designed miniature golf course, CenterCup will be destination fun for all ages. Guests are sure to have a putting good time playing cornhole, shuffleboards, billiards, and improving their swing with golf simulators. Future CenterCup guests can choose between indoor or outdoor dining. Miniature golf will take place under the fully covered open-air outdoor putting course. Beverage service will be available on the covered 27-hole mini-golf course. Arnold Palmer’s CenterCup will feature a destination restaurant serving menu items from scratch with additional bar service.

CenterCup will be indoor and outdoor fun for all ages, designed and inspired by the life and career of Arnold Palmer.
